The room we stayed in was brand-new and had a comfortable king bed and air conditioning, and the breakfast had a good variety of delicious options.

The location on the outskirts of town was ok.

Very narrow rooms with simple and partly a little worn out equipment.

Staying for early and late returning ferries to jersey , portsmouth etc in comfortable and pleasant style. Very friendly and obliging staff and the availability of a meal at any time. First classcould not fault it in any way

The rooms were both brand-new, warm, complete with shower cabin, a double bed and Aircon. Enjoyed the special atmosphere and the breakfast was satisfactory: )

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, the staff was really kind and helpful, and they offer free wake-up calls and ironing services, just a 15-minute drive to the airport.

Every year we go on holiday to france if we return by ferry from St Malo we always use this hotel and have done for many years and will continue a few more years yet

I had a good time staying here and would recommend it to others; the room with a comfortable double bed was really nice.

Would come there again, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and location close to a shopping area was quiet. The double room I had was compact. An electric kettle and glassware were available in the kitchen. Truly enjoyed special atmosphere of this place and incredibly helpful and very professional staff.

Apart from the bread, the breakfast was plentiful and good. I really enjoyed the sun terrace. Despite the distance, the town center was easy to reach.

The room on the ground floor facing the parking lot was noisy, also because of late arrivals. The gluten-free bread could have been in the oven a little longer. Dinner was in the oven for far too long. The staff was a little inattentive.

A fabulous base for exploring Saint-Malo. Loved our rooms for buffet breakfast. The location was comfortable.

free wi-fi, selection of tv channels in various languages, helpful reception staff, the check-out time shown on bookings.com is inaccurate, we needed to leave earlier to meet a ferry and they had no problem with this - reception is manned 24 hours.

Complete lack of soundproofing between bedrooms. Also we booked a double room but got allocated a triple - but this had same floor space, so actually cut down our room space as the extra bed got in the way of the wardrobe and the only power point in the bedroom.

Service was very good. Food was excellent, good quality and quantity. Staff very helpful. Parking on site a big plus.

Requested non-smoking room but was given a smoking one. Although the room was clean there was still a feinta roma of cigarettes. Would have been useful to air conditioning. Weather very hot at the time and had window open. Unfortunately it looked out onto the main road roundabout and traffic noise was huge.
